KPX Flooring Solutions Ltd is a leading specialist flooring contractor with an extensive portfolio of work in the Yorkshire region and nationally. We currently have a requirement for an Internal Administrator with Sage Line 50 experience to support the Operations Director in their day to day activities.

The role will involve;
  • Daily operation of Sage Construct including maintaining and populating Sage Construct with contract and purchasing information
  • Place orders with suppliers for materials as required
  • Processing of Purchase Invoices
  • Raising sales invoices to clients
  • Any Other Duties as necessary

Experience & Requirements;
  • Good level of Education
  • Experience of Sage line 50 is a must
  • Experience of Sage Construct desirable but not essential
  • IT Literate

The candidate will have experience of a busy office environment and be proactive in their approach to everyday activities.
